Gül böreğini denedim biraz kuru gibiydi, ama kalem böreği güzeldi, karışık simitte gayet lezzetliydi, fiyatlar biraz yüksek, ama ürünleri kaliteli, hesabı toptan ödemiyorsunuz, self-servis ödüyorsunuz.

Try their Paratha (Arabic: Fateera/Pakistani pan cake) with minced meet and cheese. Or just cheese. Take garlic flavored cold yoghurt along. You will not regret it!

Sam is the most friendly Turk I've met in Turkey. He's working at Simit Café at Sultana Ahmet.
I've tried the apple roll he recommended and it's good.
