İstanbul Aşkına

Sultanahmet bölgesinde pekçok restoran, büfe mevcut ancak börek yenebilecek pek bir nokta yok. Burada börekçiyi nereden bulacağız diye merakla dolaşırken Güloğlu Börek ile karşılaştık. Güloğlu Börek yıllardır çeşitli lokasyonlarda hizmet vermiş bir işletme. Börek çeşidi bol, sadece peynirli-kıymalıdan ibaret değil yani.

Biz ıspanaklı böreği denedik, ayrıca porsiyonların da bol olduğunu belirtmekte yarar var. Pekçok yerdeki gbi tüm gün tezgahta ısıtılan börek beklerken, gayet taze börek servisi yapıldı. Bu bölgede tercih edilesi bir börekçi.
