I’m still here staying on the 9th floor sea view which is top notch, rooms are classy, service and welcome we received from everyone at the hotel and spa are of the highest standard from bell boy, housekeeping to the spa staff all very friendly and helpful. However The location for me is not the best as I would have preferred to be closer to The Blue mosque area but it is what it is and you can’t have it all! And a shout out to the head concierge Fatih who dealt with a minor issue I had with the booking and showed outstanding customer service.

Gerçekten herkes çok güler yüzlü idiler bizi evlerine gelen misafirleri gibi karşıladılar özellikle 1. Kattaki restaurantta hijyen, düzen, servisteki özen ve intizam gözlere çarpıyordu otelin bütün personeli candan ve çok samimilerdi herkese bu deneyimi tatmaları tavsiye ederim.

Tüm personel içten ve çalışkanlıkları ile misafirlerinin rahat etmesi için en mükemmellini yapmaya gayret ediyor. Odaların temizliği,kahvaltı zenginliği mükemmeldi. Yeni bir Istanbul seyahatinde favorim olarak liste başındaki yerini hak etti. Başarılar..........
