Aslı böreği ilk tanıdığım bir mekan.
Sabah çok erken saatte işe giderken önünde araç beklediğim sırada yeni pişen böreklerin kokusu halen burnumdadır.
Kalitesi ve lezzeti ispatlanmış.

Boşnak böreği ve simit söylemiştik. Paket servisi harika plastik kullanışlı kaplarda getiriliyor ama lezzeti ve içindeki malzemesi hakkında yorum yapamayacağım başarılı değildi. Ama bu hüsrana karşı simit de hic ummadığım şekilde çengelköy simidiyle yarışır. Çok lezzetliydi. Pastaları da harika. Normalde nerden alırsanız alın ağır gelen çikolatalı pastalar burada çok hafif bol malzemeli lezzetli ve taze. Her pastasını denedim her biri harikaydı. Yalnız boşnak böreği puanımı çok etkiledi :(

Sulu borek sever biri olarak bazen borekleri yağli gelmektedir. Ancak yaprak sarmalarina hayran birakan borekcidir. Baglarbasi Asli Borek Konumu itibariyle muazzamdir. Iki laflamak icin ya da gel-al icin tercih edilebilecek tam kose iki tarafi cam aydinlik bir borek cafedir.
