Besides that, the outstanding cuisine is of course very impressive. The wide and skilful choice of drinks, such as delicious wines, also regional, should not remain unmentioned.For me and my friends this restaurant is a fixed point during every stay in Istanbul. My bae's birthday was approaching and I was looking for a beautiful place with good food and good taste and I found "Constantine Ark Restaurant" in Sirkeci. Mr. Aziz is super friendly and helpful, he prepared the birthday surprise and was very aware of us at all times. It is spectacular! t the attention, the treatment, all the smiling waiters and waiteress. They prepared an exquisite dinner for my bae and for me, apart they sang my bae's birthday it was great 1000points to this super restaurant. The bathroom very clean and elegant!! Good style and kind innkeepers! Well priced! We will definitely return one thousand times :D :D
We had just checked in our hotel during our trip to Istanbul. The hotel staff suggested to have lunch at Constantine's Ark. Since we did not know any other ace, we followed the hotel staff's advice and had our first meal in Istanbul at Constantine's Ark. And it was amazing.
We ordered Grilled meatballs, Adana kebab and three colour tortellini. They were just amazing. And to top it up, we were also served Apple tea, which we had for the first time. The tea was very refreshing. Mr Yusuf, who served us, had a pleasing personality. He even chatted with us, helped us understand Turkish cuisine and the ingredients used in the cuisine.
We liked the food so much that we had our last meal of the trip to Istanbul at the same place.
My view: If you are around this place, you should definately have your meals here. Worth visiting the place.
It is a well decorated and managed restaurant. Very happy with waiter performance. Very clean toilet. Ali Nazik kebab was very delicious. Prices are not very expensive for quality and location. Thinking of going back there.
Visit this Restaurant based on my friends recommendation and with my family 6 of us had wonderful dinning experience. From beginning till the end . First wait staff gived us some information about menu and the most important thing about this gem is cleanliness the most clean toilets in Turkey :))
For vegetarian and food intolerances people also recomandable.

I am from India & I was on a business trip to Istanbul..my wife suggested that I try this place after reading some amazing Google reviews and I was extremely pleased to have taken her advice. The ambience was great, the food was freaking awesome. I ordered the Adana Kebab and went drooling till my last bite. John who manages the place is very well mannered and attentive to customer needs. I felt really comfortable dining here and I will definitely come back when I am in Istanbul next time..I recommend anyone who is reading to blindly go for this as there is max value for money & food is satiating to the full. Kudos to the chef and managers!

Ailemle birlikte akşam yemeği yemek için gittiğimiz bu mekanda çalışan Yücel ve Nika isimli garson arkadaşların bize sundukları menüden şefin tavsiyesini denedik , çorbalarından salatalarına ana yemekleri safran soslu tavuk dolması, kuzu kaburga iç pilavla birlikte inanılmaz lezzetliydi.
