The location, the ambiance, and the best view of the Bosphorus! A great sunset and all round great service. I visited the Ritz Carlton, which is a short walking distance, but it did not have the same view!

One of the best hotels--period! Awesome views of the Bosphorus, proximity to Taksim/Istiklal, the metro, ferries and the amazing hotel staff/food/service....hands down, it doesn't get much better....I always look forward to returning!
