I reserved one room with nice view on the Bosphorus but they are surprising me and let me get suit for my special day,,, thank you for all staff
One of the best dinners i have enjoyed so far, excellent service and a marvelous chef who understands his profession very very well.
This hotel of luxury to make you do not want to go out to enjoy all its services, staff are distinct and smiling everyone treats you with respect ��

很好的酒店，中餐很丰富，还有能讲中文的mr. Albert 热心帮忙。嗯，酒店设施稍微旧了点，浴缸旁边的墙是黑色，看着比较排外陌生，建议下次装修改成暖色系。开夜床的服务员非常nice。酒店早餐白粥旁边配料不多，建议增加粤菜早茶似的白粥。

Wonderful haven of peace and luxury in this beautiful city. The food and the staff are wonderful too.

We had a great New Year evening dinner, served in the Chinese Fine Cuisine “Shang Palace”, with an affordable price comparing of the quality food, with a lovely presentation including the surprise arrangement for our 3 years anniversary. The staff were helpful, making some funny jokes with us, and most of all really hospitable. By the end of our dinner we were gifted with some hats, blow horns and crowns to cheer for the countdown. We support the touristers to spend their evening in your hotel.Happy New Year to all!
