A homely kinda place. Seemed like it's close to every place one wanted to go to in the city centre. Walking distance wise.Galata Tower, Spice Bazar,Istaqlal Street n Taksim Square.Helpful n friendly staff. Amazing breakfast choice n quality wise. Would love to stay there again.
My husband, son & I had the most enjoyable stay at this superb hotel. Our rooms were beautiful & so comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing. The staff so friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. I can highly recommend it & if I'm lucky enough to visit beautiful Istanbul again I would stay there again. Just great. Palma Stewart.

I change my rating back before two weeks they've been doing good in the room service or the reason why I went down on my rating from 5 to 3 in the first place was because the service was messing up especially late night see you I'm here for long-term stay because of my inheritance issues so I need get all my nutrition from hotel room service and downstairs dining which they give me 15% off which is very nice but I need my nutrition to be on point because I value my health and I'm now 45 not 25 anymore that is all why the rating has dropped from 5 to 3 and now I raise it back up to five but last night they did not send me the right mushrooms the right sautéed mushrooms they set me big elephant mushrooms instead of the little button mushrooms with your supposed to put underneath the filet mignon steak and I'm not going to penalize him for that I'll just talk to them and have them drop that off my bill that's still a really nice as they put it but cheek European hotel I say it's above the middle range and it's a small hotel but it looks bigger than it is and service is very good with where front office to reception to housekeeping and now the rating back to five with Room service once again! �����
It is best 5 star hotel I ever stayed. Owe some people and owe some place and superb hospitality ..

We enjoyed our visit to the 10 Karakoy. This was a fantastic hotel in a prime Istanbul location. The staff was attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Istanbul.
