Müthiş bir yer. Özellikle yabancı arkadaşlarımı götürdüğüm ve istisnasız hepsinin bayıldığı ülkelerine dönmeden tekrar gelmek istedikleri mekan. Yemekler çok lezzetli servis hızlı. Önceden arayarak rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Menüsü diğer mekanlardan çok farklı işletmeciler sizinle yakından ilgileniyor damak tadınızı biraz anlattığınızda sizin için en uygun yemeği hazırlatacaklardır. Yemekten sonra leziz irmik helvası tatlısını söylemeyi unutmayın :)
Wonderful and one of the oldest cafe in this street. Very beautiful traditional decoration. Didn't have the chance to try the food, but the place is cozy and nice.

Fantastic restaurant with superb ambience is all we were looking for which ended up landing us here at Ottoman cafe & restaurant. Food was scrumptious and fabulous compiled with fantastic service from the staff made us really happy and comfortable there. Ordered Fried calamari , fried egg plant , pot kebabs, shrimp casserole, lamb etc and loved every bit of the food that was served to us. Fried calamari and shrimp casserole is a must try. 👍🏻
Fantastic place to hangout, food is awesome. Above all, the staff is super funny, friendly and look after their customers so well. They are very welcoming, I have been there twice in six days. This place is highly recommended for a warm ambience and friendly staff with some scrumptious dishes. A big shout out to Eral, he is the man to look out for. He keeps the place buzzing.
Throughout our 6 days of stay in Istanbul, this restaurant by far served the best foods!! My husband and I can’t help ourselves but to dine in here twice. Everything was perfect. The dishes served were amazing! Tasty with generous portions. The main highlight was the Shrimp with butter. Sooo good! The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They even treated us with free desserts on our first and second visit. Highly recommended!
I was traveling to Istanbul in 2018, in April. This restaurant was the highlight of that day. Fresh food from a clay pot, aromatic, delish!!! I’d eat here everyday for the rest of my life if I could.
The food was really good fresh and fulfilling
They serve fresh turkish bread constantly free of charge
And the end they also served complementary turkish dessert and tea
One of the best turkish food i ever had was from this restaurant . Hands down the best one
The staff out there was so generous and were so enthusiastic about suggesting the best dishes to us from their restaurant
The authentic clay pot dish was magical and the way they presented was very catchy
We were also presented with complimentary desserts in the end which was good

Fantastic food and service, All very innovative and fresh dishes, must try their ottoman serbet, pot and finally desserts. A very sober and good place to try turkish cuisine.
Lovely cosy ambience with gorgeous paintings that adorn the walls. The food is absolutely spectacular. We ordered the buttered shrimps, which were cooked to perfection and generously smothered with butter. We had the Old Ottoman Speciality as well. This is their speciality as the name suggests and the person serving us highly recommended it and I would recommend it too. Soft puree of eggplant with scrumptious beef that makes for a memorable meal. Delish! We also tried the Grilled sole fish which also met our expectations. The staff was extremely courteous, co operative and friendly. Loved the experience!

Visited this restaurant along with my wife on 10th June 2017. Food was really delicious and the service was amazing . Eron ,who was serving us ,was a very fun loving and friendly guy . Felt I know him before😁😉. But believe me he made our evening memorable.
He exactly recommended the amount of food we can food that based on our appetite that moment. So we ordered chicken sushi kebab and fish casserole. These 2 items are sufficient for 2 people if you are moderate hungry.
Both the dishes are amazing. I can say that was one of the best dinners I have had so far in 2017.
We enjoyed the food and completed the 2 items with our own pace ,but wait the dinner is not finished yet. To our surprise,he served a complimentary dessert at the end which was again fabulous.

Loved all the dishes that I tried here..must visit while in istanbul for an amazing authentic turkish meal..also loved the extra dessert/tea compliments from the owners errol and duran...overall a great experience.
In Istanbul there's Topkapi Palace, Blue Masjid, Dolmabace Palace and then there's 'Old Ottoman Cafe & Restaurant' (Caution: it is not a monument but a cafe & restaurant) Amazing Food! Nice Ambience! Great Service! A must visit when in Istanbul! Special mention to the owners Erol and Duran..turning this small joint into a vibrant, warm, lively, and fun experience!
