Ankarada ki restoranlar gercektende cok basarili. Balik icin seceneklerin yaninda et mekanlarida var. Uludag bu isi en iyi yapanlardan. Eski mekanlardan. Herseyi cok lezzetli peynirden kebaba. Servis gayet iyi. Memnun kaldim.

Çoçukluğumdan itibaren gittiğim restorant :) Ulus'ta  yanlış hatırlamıyorsam 2 katlı küçük bir binadaydı, çok sonraları Denizciler caddesinde güzel bir binada hizmet vermeye başladılar (ben eski binanında korunmasından yanaydım ama olamadı sanırım). En son da Çayyolu'nda şube açtılar. Öncelikle şunu belirtmem gerekir ki Uludağ'ın hangi şubesine gitsem hala çoçukluğumdaki tadı bulabiliyorum. Ankara'da çok şey değişti ama Uludağ kebabının (İskenderinin) tadı değişmedi, değişmesinde zaten. Ne etin kalınlığı ne sosu  ne de üzerindeki bir parça köftenin tadı asla değişmemeli bence. Garsonları da pek değişmez zaten, yeni jenerasyon eklenir kadroya :) Çayyolu şubesinin  menüsü diğer şubelerden fazla  çeşit içerir  ama hepsi yine Uludağ kalitesinde olduğundan denemekten pişman olmazsınız. Haftasonları rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ederim.
